2. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized designs.
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
• Minor color or texture variations due to screen differences.

3. Refund Process

• Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Email info@wallcanvas3d.com with order details and images of the issue.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Option

If eligible, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
