- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item received is different from the order placed.
- The product has significant manufacturing defects.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized designs.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Minor color or texture variations due to screen differences.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Email info@wallcanvas3d.com with order details and images of the issue.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchange Option
If eligible, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
